The Way to Wealth™ Course
The Way to Wealth™ is a nine-week course, designed to help your people:
- Learn the hidden powers that now control their financial and life success.
- Learn and apply success principles that will help them have more money.
- Develop a stronger prosperity consciousness and abundance mentality that then permeates all areas of their life.
- Set and reach higher personal, career and financial goals than they've previously thought possible.
- Increase their value to others so they can receive greater compensation.
- Develop habits of making their money serve them, rather than them serving it.
Meets Once A Week
The course meets once each week for 2½ hour sessions. Each course is conducted by a certified facilitator and is limited to 30 participants. The sessions fly by.
People develop a powerful support group, and quickly take on the strengths of others. They learn from others, and others learn from them in a totally positive environment. They'll receive a set of beautifully packaged materials, with Action Steps to practice during the week.
The positive dynamics of the course helps people develop expanded confidence in themselves and their ability to handle money. They'll begin to view money differently. They'll open their minds and allow greater prosperity and abundance to enter into their lives.
Unique Behavior Change Process
We have developed positive behavior change processes in our nine week The Way to Wealth™ course. Due to the inter-active course dynamics, people emerge with expanded self-beliefs and views of their possibilities. As these inner beliefs change, their personal, career, and financial circumstances automatically change. Notice the Behavior Change Curve that shows the change that takes place over a period of nine weeks.
Notice that our unconscious drivers of behavior don't begin to change until after 21 to 28 days.
Rewriting Their Financial LifeScript
LifeScript Learning Systems® has designed world class development processes that can help people rewrite the inner script that directs most of their outer behaviors.
But, be warned! Traditional education or simply knowing information doesn't change people’s inner self-beliefs, or their unconscious LifeScript. This is why attending a one, two, or three day seminar only gives them a temporary lift. People can't actually change habits, self-beliefs, or behaviors in that length of time. Our experience has shown that maybe 5 percent of people who attend such a seminar will actually take ideas and apply them long enough to develop automatic behaviors.
A Whole New Paradigm For Behavior Change
Moving past old, outdated events or seminars, LifeScript Learning Systems® offers processes that help people actually change self-beliefs and habits; and develop automatic successful personal and financial behaviors.
To understand the uniqueness of our processes, notice the following model. Think of people as being made up of these three distinct parts—each having different, yet coordinated functions.
- Intellectual
- Emotional
- Creative/Unconscious
Notice the model.
Their intellectual "I Think" dimension is that conscious, logical, rational, wide-awake part that makes decisions, solves problems, and learns information. Most, if not all, of their formal education was directed to this part of them.
Their emotional "I Feel" is that part that has feelings. For no logical reason they feel up one day and down the next. Someone compliments them and they feel great. Another person puts them down, and they quickly get angry and want to lash back.
Without consciously realizing it, people’s emotions influence most of their conscious decisions. In a contest between their emotions, and their knowledge or will-power, their emotions will win on average 85 percent of the time. People’s logical "I Think" will almost always be overruled by their emotional "I Feel."
But, where do their emotions come from? How can they control them? Can they control them?
To answer these questions people must know more about their "I Am"—their creative/unconscious part.
This powerful dimension contains people’s values, self-beliefs, views of their life possibilities, and all internal programming—their Lifescript. It's a Creative Mechanism—housing their goal-seeking mechanism and their problem-solving abilities. It's the spiritual part that never sleeps. It sends hunches and flashes of insight to their "I Think." Without their unconscious knowledge it highly influences their decisions.
Traditional education and training do not get close to touching this deep unconscious part. It's the programming of this dynamic "I Am" dimension that controls people’s financial habits, the life and career goals they set and reach. People weren't taught this in school, were they? Their external financial situation will not change until they rewrite the internal financial LifeScript in their "I Am."
Few people in the whole world know this.

Please take a moment and read each description below. Then ask yourself, “How descriptive is this of my people’s actual behaviors?” If it's never descriptive, circle a “1.” If it's always descriptive, circle a “10,” or whichever in between.
As you view this model, consider these points.
- Life success and financial freedom increase as these dimensions come into congruence.
- Where gaps exist between these dimensions personal and financial conflicts occur.
- These dimensions come into congruence experientially, not intellectually.
People will learn that they're made up into a holistic system—intellect, emotions, and inner spirit. When all these function in a congruent manner, they perform at their best.

Results of Ron Willingham Courses
Many years ago Ron Willingham discovered a process of building people at their "I Am" dimensions; allowing them to perform on higher levels regardless of their occupation or life role.

- The North Atlantic Region of American Red Cross reported a 35 percent increase in blood sales, and a 50 percent in employee turnover.
- The top manager of the Principal Financial Group enjoyed a 33 percent increase in agent production.
- A Mass Mutual Agency reported a 25 percent increase in sales.
- The second largest Coldwell-Banker Franchise had a 32 percent increase in sales.
